About The Position

Caring Therapists, a group private practice in Florida, is looking for part-time and/or full-time psychotherapists to join our thriving group practice in Wellington. We are a collaborative group of therapists that work well together with three offices in Wellington. The candidate must be independent, driven, collaborative, and enhance our fun, connected, and a positive-minded group of clinicians. Our office is well-respected in the community, and we are looking for therapists who are passionate about mental health.

Requirements

Works with children, ages 4-18 and/or couples
Willing to work afternoons, evenings, and weekends
Current State of Florida license as a Ph.D., PsyD, LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC. We will also accept Registered Interns and Postdoctoral Psychology candidates.
Willing to work 15 hours per week or more, 30 or more for full time status
Minimum 1-year post-independent licensure is a plus
Paneled with insurance is a plus
Prior private practice experience is a plus
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent communication and listening skills
Ability to build rapport quickly
Detail-oriented
Ability to communicate with compassion and empathy
Strong ability to manage time and prioritize tasks
Proficient in Office products, Excel and Google documents, use of Electronic Medical Records
Demonstrated ability to work well with professional colleagues, as well as those providing administrative support
Entrepreneurial and growth mindset
Master's or Doctorate
Clinical Psychologist, LMHC, LMFT, or LCSW. Registered Interns and Postdoctoral candidates are also welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

Establish positive, trusting rapport with patients
Diagnose and treat mental health disorders
Create individualized treatment plans according to patient needs and circumstances
Meet with patients regularly to provide counseling, evidenced-based treatment, and adjust treatment plans as necessary
Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress
Involve and advise family members when appropriate
Refer patients to outside specialists or agencies when necessary
Maintain thorough records of patient meetings and progress
Follow all safety protocols and maintain client confidentiality
Maintain proper licenses, certifications and follow professional guidelines, ethical standards
Contribute to practice by accomplishing related tasks as needed
Collaborate with Caring Therapists administrative staff and management to exceed best practices and grow our organization
