About The Position

The Teen & Theater Arts Coordinator will lead teen engagement at the Concrete Club, using theater as one of many tools to help youth grow. The primary focus is creating an engaging, welcoming teen program where young people want to spend their afternoons. This role involves leading theater arts programming, including performances, creative projects, and opportunities for self-expression. The coordinator will also focus on mentorship, creativity, adaptability, and building positive relationships with teens, encouraging them to step outside their comfort zones and turning everyday moments into opportunities for growth. The position is part-time, 25-29 hours per week, with a pay rate of $22.50–$23.87 DOE/DOQ plus a $2.00/hour Concrete location differential. The position is open until filled.

Requirements

  • Experience in theater, drama, or the performing arts is required.
