About The Position

This role involves leading engaging theater arts programming for teens in a rural community, creating a space for them to explore creativity, take risks, and build confidence. The coordinator will guide teens through acting, improvisation, and performance, while also teaching them about behind-the-scenes production elements. The work aims to foster connection, belonging, and access to the arts, creating a safe, inclusive, and energizing environment. The position requires passion, creativity, organization, and adaptability, with opportunities for skill growth. This is a part-time position, typically Monday through Friday during after-school hours, with additional hours available in the summer.
