The Police Athletic League (PAL) of New York City is an independent youth development nonprofit organization serving children and young adults across all five boroughs. PAL offers diverse programs including Head Start, after-school programs, summer camps, teen centers, college readiness, and youth employment. This role is for a Teen Supervisor at the New South Bronx Center, focusing on out-of-school programming for youth from elementary through high school. The position involves SEL, STEM, Literacy, Sports, Arts, Mental Health, and College and Career Access Programming. The Teen Supervisor is a key on-site leader responsible for teen programming, relationships with youth, parents, and the community, and fostering partnerships. Candidates must be dedicated to youth development best practices, able to work flexible hours, and possess excellent communication skills.
