About The Position

The Teen Academy program is a summer work + internship program which began in 2016 at the IHG Army Hotel in Joint Force Base San Antonio. In 2017, other IHG Army Hotels took notice, and a portfolio-wide program was born. At Intercontinental Hotels Group, we own, operate and franchise more than 7000 hotels, offering to over a million guest rooms in over 100 countries. Requirements

• Ages 14-17, subject to federal, state, and local labor laws.
• Must have transportation and be able to gain access to the post.
• Must have any legally required permits.
• Subject to state occupational work requirements for minors.

Responsibilities

• Willing to learn different job duties including Room Attendant, Houseperson, Laundry Attendant, and Breakfast Attendant.
