About The Position

As a Technology Transformation Architect, you will play a pivotal role in guiding complex enterprise transformation initiatives, aligning business objectives with technology strategy, and helping to build scalable, future-ready solutions across our Canadian operations. Working with senior stakeholders, business leaders, and technical teams, you will influence strategic decisions, drive modernization efforts, and provide architectural leadership that enables sustainable business growth and operational excellence.

Requirements

10+ years of progressive experience in technology architecture, enterprise systems, infrastructure, cybersecurity, automation, or related disciplines.
Demonstrated success leading and influencing large-scale technology transformation initiatives in complex environments.
Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, solution design, application ecosystems, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and operational technologies.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts, risks, and recommendations effectively to executive and non-technical audiences.
Experience developing technology roadmaps, business cases, and architectural strategies that deliver measurable business value.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience working within large, matrixed organizations and navigating diverse stakeholder groups to achieve strategic outcomes.

Nice To Haves

Professional certifications in enterprise architecture, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, IT service management, or program management are considered assets.

Responsibilities

Translate business priorities, constraints, and dependencies into actionable architectural direction and strategic technology recommendations.
Evaluate solution options and technology investments to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles and business outcomes.
Identify opportunities to reduce technical debt, simplify application landscapes, and improve technology reuse across the organization.
Collaborate with security, infrastructure, operations, data, integration, and delivery teams to drive enterprise-wide alignment.
Contribute to transformation roadmaps, business cases, implementation strategies, and executive-level decision-making materials.
Champion standardization, automation, and scalable architectural patterns that support long-term organizational success.
Proactively identify and communicate technology risks, dependencies, and architectural decisions to leadership teams.
Influence enterprise modernization programs and drive alignment between strategic business goals and technology execution.
