About The Position

Start your career where technology meets real business impact. As a Technology Trainee, you’ll join a structured 18-month rotational program within the Business Technology (BT) Division, gaining exposure to multiple functional areas including Application Development, Business Analysis, Robotic Process Automation, Infrastructure, Data, and Project Management. This role is designed to build foundational technical and business knowledge while contributing to real-world projects. The Technology Trainee supports system implementations, process improvements, and technology initiatives that impact business operations. The position requires the application of analytical thinking, problem-solving, and the ability to exercise developing independent judgment in evaluating information, supporting technical solutions, and contributing to project outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Self-motivated with a positive, team-oriented mindset
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally

Responsibilities

  • Participate in structured training and rotational assignments across multiple BT functions.
  • Develop working knowledge of systems, tools, and processes supporting business operations.
  • Apply learned concepts to real-world projects and assignments.
  • Assist in providing technical support to end users and internal stakeholders.
  • Support project and product activities including requirements gathering, development support, testing, implementation, and post-launch evaluation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support technology initiatives and business solutions.
  • Analyze technical issues and contribute to identifying solutions under guidance from experienced team members.
  • Assist in evaluating system performance, workflows, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Apply analytical thinking to support decision-making and project execution.
  • Create and maintain documentation for systems, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Support standardization and knowledge-sharing across teams.
  • Stay current on emerging technologies, tools, and industry best practices.
  • Actively seek opportunities to expand technical and business knowledge.
