About The Position

The Technology Team Lead, Web & Digital Solutions provides technical leadership and day-to-day guidance for a team supporting modern web applications built on the Next.js framework, including the Sitecore platform and other solutions like OneTrust for consent compliance. This role serves as a key liaison between the development team and management, helping drive technical excellence, team development, and successful solution delivery. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with leadership experience, serving as a mentor, technical advisor, and trusted partner to both team members and leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, web application development, or application architecture.
• Requires 3 years of experience leading projects including working cross functionally to successfully deliver key initiatives.
• Experience mentoring technical teams and providing day-to-day leadership within a software development environment.
• Experience developing enterprise applications using modern web frameworks such as Next.js, Svelte, Vue, or other similar technologies.
• Experience developing and supporting solutions within Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native application architectures.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, application security, and engineering best practices.
• Must have the ability to provide a non-cellular High Speed Internet Service such as Fiber, DSL, or cable Modems for a home office.
• A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 30x5 (30mpbs download x 5mpbs upload) is required.
• Latency (ping) response time lower than 80 ms.
• A dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Sitecore Experience Platform (XP), XM Cloud, Sitecore DXP, or related CMS platforms.
• Experience utilizing Sitecore XM Cloud capabilities for content management, personalization, recommendations, and digital experience optimization.
• Experience supporting OneTrust Privacy Management, Consent Management, Cookie Compliance, or Data Governance solutions.
• Experience with Vercel hosting services, among other capabilities within the platform.
• Experience with Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, Azure Storage, Azure Key Vault, and Azure API Management (APIM).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), OAuth, SAML, and modern authentication technologies.
• Experience working in Agile and Scrum environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for enterprise web applications, cloud-native solutions, APIs, microservices, and digital platforms.
• Lead solution design discussions, architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical decision-making.
• Establish and promote development standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes.
• Serve as the primary technical escalation point for complex application and platform issues.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and AI capabilities to support innovation and continuous improvement.
• Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and mentorship to developers and technical team members.
• Conduct regular 1:1 meetings to support employee development, engagement, and career growth.
• Assist team members in overcoming technical challenges and removing delivery obstacles.
• Partner with management to communicate team priorities, risks, resource needs, and development opportunities.
• Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing team environment.
• Participate in recruiting activities, technical interviews, candidate assessments, and hiring recommendations.
• Support onboarding and knowledge transfer activities for new team members.
• Help identify skill gaps and recommend training and development opportunities.
• Lead the design, development, deployment, and support of enterprise web applications and customer-facing digital experiences.
• Guide development of Azure-hosted applications, APIs, and microservices utilizing modern DevOps practices.
• Provide technical leadership for Sitecore content management, personalization, and Sitecore platform initiatives.
• Support governance, enhancement, and operational efforts for OneTrust privacy and consent management solutions.
• Collaborate with cross functional business and technology stakeholders.
