About The Position

Technology Systems Technician will work in all areas of the business as needed. Work will include, but is not limited to warehouse work, equipment preparation and programming, machine installation assistance, and class preparation. Take part in training, to expand knowledge of GPS products. The incumbent in this position is expected to model the following practices daily: 1) Demonstrate alignment with the company's mission and core business values; 2) Collaborate with key internal/external resources; 3) Participate in ongoing self-development. Essential Functions: Models, promotes, reinforces, and rewards the consistent use of HOLT’s Values Based Leadership (VBL) tools, models and processes to ensure alignment with our Vision, Values, and Mission. Works in warehouse to include receiving stock, receipting into D365 F&O system, placing, and pulling stock from shelves, lifting products weighing up to 75lbs. Prepares GPS products to include assembly, charging and programming firmware in the products using Trimble web site. Works in field in all weather conditions to assist field technicians with installation, repair and troubleshooting of machine technology products. Field work will be dirty, greasy, and physically demanding work. Assists trainer in the preparation for schools and associated field training activities. Work includes pulling, prepping, and set up of equipment for class, clean-up of gear and return of gear back to warehouse. Participates in on-the-job learning of the D365 F&O computer system, Trimble website use and GPS product use and operation. Works safely always and adheres to all applicable safety policies; complies with all company policies, procedures, and standards. Performs other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent and some college, or additional technical training, required
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Nice To Haves

• Associates Degree in Survey, Auto, or Diesel Mechanics preferred.
• Trimble Certified Trainer preferred.
