The Department of Technology Services [https://www.arlingtonva.us/Government/Departments/DTS] is seeking a Technology Support Intern to join our team! The Customer Experience division provides leadership in the area of technology support, including setting standards around providing staff and the community with simple, empowering experiences. The division has responsibility for the following functions: Help Desk support, Cellular and Voice line support, Audio Visual support, Asset Management, Service Management, Knowledge Management, and Technology Adoption. The Technology Support Intern would collaborate across teams to help develop and deliver technology services.
