The Technology Support Coordinator supports the technology and simulation needs of the Physician Assistant (PA) Studies Program at the downtown instructional site. The Coordinator serves as the primary technology and simulation resource for the program by supporting instructional technologies, simulation-based education, educational software, classroom technologies, standardized patient activities, and technology initiatives that enhance student learning and program effectiveness. Responsibilities include providing intermediate technical hardware and software support through the set-up, testing, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of departmental physical and virtual endpoint systems supported by Information Technology and Analytics. The Coordinator also manages technology-related activities within the Clinical Learning Center (CLC), including programming simulation scenarios, maintaining patient simulators and simulation equipment, coordinating audiovisual systems, and supporting faculty, staff, learners, and standardized patients during simulation-based educational activities. The Coordinator reports to the PA Program Director and collaborates closely with Information Technology and Analytics, faculty, staff, and other academic programs on technology and simulation initiatives. This is a two-year position with the possibility of extension.
