As a Technology Support Associate, you will work as a cross functional member of the technology team supporting all stakeholders across the organization in varied locations. This position will be in constant contact with internal stakeholders to identify solutions to problems, many of which are time sensitive. The incumbent will have to work effectively in a fast paced yet rewarding environment and be able to meet deadlines as set by Association management resulting in great customer service to Northeast agriculture. Responsibilities of the incumbent will vary in scope and depth, and will be tailored to multiple audiences (including internal and external customers, partners, and vendors). This position will help to promote a partnership and value-added style relationship with Association staff and our external strategic partners. Emphasis will be placed on an understanding and working application of IT Infrastructure including the infrastructure that supports AV equipment, printers, branch security hardware, switches etc. The Technology Associate will be dedicated to finding creative solutions that provide superior results in terms of both quantity and quality of the services provided to customers and internal stakeholders. Requirements

  • This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Accounting, Business, or a related field with solid understanding of computer and business process skills specific to a financial institution, such as Intune, ServiceNow, RingCentral.

Responsibilities

  • Provide virtual and on-siteTechnology Support for selected branches across the Farm Credit East territory that enables staff in those locations to operate more effectively.
  • Engages third party support as needed and works collaboratively with third party application support manager and other Technology Support Associate(s).
  • Maintains designated assigned branch technology infrastructure while working collaboratively with stategic vendors.
  • Monitors Marketplace Locations for ongoing technical issues and escalates or resolves as needed.
  • Provides onsite support to staff in designated marketplace locations in collaboration with other team members.
  • Provide technical, hardware, and third-party application support through our ticketing system ServiceNow
  • Maintain hardware and software inventory for designated Marketplaces
  • Manages the deployment and retirement of new and existing IT Assets
  • Manages branch location IT vendors and works with local staff to resolve issues while maintaining relationships with vendors for continuity purposes
  • Manages on-site physical security system in collaboration with third party vendors, ACA security staff, and ACA facilities staff
  • Ensures that new employee onboarding is efficient from a technology standpoint and works with new staff to ensure the experience is best in class.
  • Provides third party application support in conjunction with our strategic technology provider Financial Partners Inc
  • Updates the ACA and Marketplace Business Continuity Plan collaboratively with the Business Continuity Manager
  • Works with strategic partners to test and implement improvements to FCE Windows platform inclusive of working collaboratively on telephony
  • Supports external auditor technology needs for marketplace location.
  • Work collaboratively with our internal financial services team to evaluate technology solutions under consideration
  • Critical to the technology function and success of our staff is clear, concise, and useful verbal and written communication to Association management, staff, and external parties. The incumbent is expected to contribute to a team atmosphere. This includes establishing a good working rapport with Association personnel, and promoting a partnership type relationship between credit, financial services, technology vendors, and other external stakeholders. Provide outstanding customer service (both internal and external) and deliver exceptional customer experience and value by setting, communicating and meeting customer expectations. Demonstrate a strong community commitment and professional presence that contributes to the overall positive image of the ACA. Act in a forthright and ethical manner, display a positive attitude and contribute positively to the overall morale of the team and association. Assist other team members and contribute to training.

  • Conduct and complete all other duties (as assigned) in a timely and effective manner. The technology/product coordinator will be actively involved in various project teams providing subject matter expertise to move the projects forward. This position may have opportunities to be assigned to various Association working committees. Be actively involved in assigned committees assuring that involvement adds value to the technology team and Association.

  • Salary Range: $55,000 to $65,000 commensurate with experience
