About The Position

In this pivotal role, you’ll provide hands-on technical support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure our staff have the tools they need to serve residents and communities. You’ll collaborate with departments, manage helpdesk requests, and help implement new technology solutions—all while fostering a positive, inclusive environment. What We're Looking For The person who is ready for this opportunity will have: Exceptional customer service skills. Superior written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work independently with high level of accuracy on work completed. Ability to exercise judgment, establish priorities, and solve problems. Willingness to recommend efficiencies or areas of improvement when relevant. Individual initiative to understand the why and how of processes and systems.

Requirements

  • Degree in related field and/or relevant work experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position, preferably with user support.
  • Strong technical knowledge of telecommunications, network, and PC operating systems.
  • Proficient in major office software applications.
