Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP is seeking a Technology Support Analyst to support desktop/laptop computer systems of a moderate to complex nature, ensuring end-user productivity and efficiency. This role reports to the IT Manager and involves using advanced troubleshooting techniques to provide accurate, timely, and creative resolutions for end-user and local-office technology-related issues. The analyst will also recommend technology solutions to support practice-group needs and serve as a liaison between IT software/hardware engineers (including the Help Desk) and the end-user community. This position is based in the San Francisco office with a daily, in-office schedule from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm PT.
