About The Position

Join EY’s Technology Consulting practice as a Manager in our Technology Strategy Transformation team, focused on the retail sector. Requirements

• Strong technology acumen, with experience working across a range of platforms and solutions.
• Experience engaging with clients and driving transformation initiatives.
• Deep understanding of the retail industry, with the ability to speak intelligently about sector-specific challenges and opportunities.
• Proven ability to design and implement enterprise systems (ERP, OMS, POS) across full project lifecycle—from requirements through deployment and stabilization in retail organizations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice To Haves

• Previous consulting experience (preferred, but not required).
• Industry experience from leading retail organizations.
• Bilingual in English/French (preferred, but not required).

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with retail organizations to understand their technology needs and challenges.
• Advise on technology strategies that address the unique differences between various retail segments, such as grocery and fashion.
• Support business case development and deployment planning for transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions spanning multiple technologies.
• Lead enterprise technology transformation projects, guiding clients through the selection and implementation process.
• Contribute to project launches and ongoing client engagements.
