Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years in business architecture, technology strategy, or business transformation.
- Experience in process modeling tools, especially ARIS
- Experience with Agile software implementation.
- Strong analytical, business judgment, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to operate independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
Nice To Haves
- Experience in mortgage or real estate preferred.
