About The Position

We are seeking experienced strategists with supporting technology fluency (i.e., “strategy-first, tech-aware”). Candidates should be capable of leading complex workstreams, framing ambiguous problems, and delivering executive-ready recommendations.

Requirements

• 7–12+ years in management consulting, corporate strategy, business architecture, or transformation
• Experience working closely with cross-functional engineering, architecture, and business teams
• Proven experience leading multi-month, cross-functional engagements
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder alignment skills
• Demonstrated ability to structure ambiguity and drive decisions using data

Nice To Haves

• Experience with contact center strategy, operations, or transformation decisioning is a strong plus
• Preferred geographic experience : Massachussetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island
• Candidates must be within reasonable commuting distance of or able to relocate to Boston, Massachussetts, Merrimack, New Hampshire, or Smithfield, Rhode Island.
