About The Position

Atwell, LLC is seeking a Technology Specialist to join their team. This role involves providing technical assistance, troubleshooting hardware, software, and account issues, and installing software applications. The specialist will communicate technical information, follow support procedures, and log all support tasks. Key responsibilities include setting up and deploying workstations, servers, networks, and printers, managing mobile devices, and maintaining IT asset inventory. The role also requires providing support for Autodesk applications and all company standard software, staying current with system updates, and demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills with limited direction. The ability to lead projects and teams, along with extreme attention to detail, excellent customer service, and good communication skills (written and oral) are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, phone & electronically.
  • Troubleshoot all technical-related user issues, including hardware, software, and account issues.
  • Install various software applications as needed and approved.
  • Communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical personnel.
  • Follow all company support procedures.
  • Log all support-related tasks in company support system.
  • Set up and deploy workstations, servers, networks, and printers.
  • Help manage and deploy company cell phones, iPads, and other mobile devices.
  • Manage inventory for workstations, laptops, and other IT assets in the company tracking system.
  • Provide support for all Autodesk applications.
  • Install and support all company standard software.
  • Stay current with system information, changes, and updates.
  • Take initiative and solve problems with limited direction.
  • Lead projects and teams as assigned and directed.
  • Maintain extreme attention to detail.
  • Provide excellent customer service skills.
  • Utilize good communication skills, both written and oral.
