About The Position

The Technology Services Operations Portfolio Manager is responsible for managing day-to-day systems operations, driving technology initiatives, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. You will lead teams, oversee resources, and implement solutions that enhance efficiency, meet customer requirements, and support continuous improvement across the organization:

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Technology, Business, or a related field
A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in technology services management
Proven experience managing large-scale technology programs and diverse global teams
Strong proficiency in portfolio management tools and data-driven decision-making
In-depth understanding of business strategy and ability to translate it into technology solutions
Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills
At least 5 years of experience in people management, including talent development and succession planning
Ability to analyze and improve business processes through technology integration and innovation

Responsibilities

Portfolio Office Work Flow – ensuring portfolio team members' work is moving, bottlenecks and blockers are identified and escalated, and takes on tasks to ensure timely delivery.
Portfolio work includes: Tracking Budget, Latest Thinking, Purchase Orders and Spends for projects
Ensuring funding is transferred as needed between countries
Submitting requests for Purchase Orders and following-up with approvers
Submitting capitalization reports and respond to finance requests for reconciliations
Troubleshooting issues with orders, invoices, capitalization
Submitting Monthly Capital In Process & Open PO responses
Partnering w/ Architecture & regional Leads to track budgets / expenses and submit purchases
Preparing & Submits Global Capital Request
