About The Position

This job handles the daily operations of the OBar shops including the ordering of supplies and store merchandise for resale as outlined and approved by the Leader. Serves the company's retail customers by modeling for the staff exceptional customer service skills, best in class product knowledge and mastery of operational processes for all existing and future OBar locations throughout the system. Maintains and expands relationships with customers, key internal physicians and staff. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 years of experience in specialized retail sales.
  • Proficiency in using computers, software, and web-based applications.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to present information clearly and professionally to varying levels of individuals.
  • Thorough knowledge of OBar operations.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Good organizational and time management skills and ability to be self directed.
  • Ability to demonstrate good judgement.
  • Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills

Nice To Haves

  • 2 years of retail supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

  • Performs lead duties.
  • Oversees daily shop operations.
  • Orders specified supplies, as approved by leaders, for the shop.
  • Maintains relationships with key internal staff members.
  • Procures the latest apps etc. as recommended by network physicians pertaining to patient care.
  • Performs other related duties as required.
  • Remains knowledgeable on current federal, state and local laws, accreditation standards or regulatory agency requirements that apply to the assigned area of responsibility and ensures compliance with all such laws, regulations and standards.
