About The Position

About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Technology Release Delivery Coordinator that will coach Agile teams and support the end‑to-end delivery of data and analytics products within Home Loan Data and Insights. This role partners with product, engineering, and platform teams to coordinate dependencies, manage delivery risks, and ensure Agile, SDLC, and change management practices are consistently applied. The coordinator serves as a trusted delivery leader, helping teams improve flow, predictability, and value delivery across the product area. In this role, you will: Manage and develop Scaled Agile portfolios of the highest complexity Guide the teams to follow Agile and Scrum practices to promote prioritization, team readiness, and commitment for each Sprint Optimize scrum team velocity to identify improvement opportunities to achieve higher levels of team performance Oversee systemic impediments to team agility and guide the teams on methods to escalate Deliver capabilities using agile practices while following the Software Development Lifecycle, business process mapping, and various release processes to ensure all risk, security, and development requirements are met Partner with discipline managers to convey their concerns to scrum teams about governance policies and adherence to corporate standards Collaborate with product owners, program or project managers to communicate delivery of work product from the teams and escalate key risks and issues impeding scrum team effectiveness Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals Interact with internal customers Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements Train other Scrum Masters and serve as a mentor to less experienced staff

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Agile Scrum Master experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Nice To Haves

  • Experience coaching Agile teams (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid) and supporting teams as they mature toward predictable, self‑sustaining delivery practices.
  • Proven ability to support end‑to-end delivery across multiple teams, including dependency management, release coordination, and delivery risk identification and escalation.
  • Strong working knowledge of SDLC, change management, and release governance, with experience ensuring teams adhere to required policies and standards.
  • Experience partnering with product managers, product owners, engineering, and data teams to align priorities, plans, and delivery outcomes.
  • Demonstrated strengths in cross‑functional coordination and stakeholder communication, including the ability to surface impediments, manage delivery risks, and maintain transparency.
  • Hands‑on experience using Agile and delivery tooling (e.g., Jira or equivalent) to support planning, tracking, and release readiness.
  • Ability to foster continuous improvement, collaboration, and consistent delivery behaviors across teams within a product area.
