About The Position

This role will lead the planning, execution, and governance of enterprise web application and cloud initiatives, ensuring successful delivery of scalable, secure, and highly available solutions on AWS. The position also involves driving the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies, including Recovery Time Objectives (RTO), Recovery Point Objectives (RPO), resilience planning, and business continuity alignment. The Technology Project Manager will manage end-to-end DR testing exercises, including scope definition, stakeholder coordination, runbook preparation, logistics planning, execution oversight, issue remediation, and executive reporting of results and recommendations. This role requires partnering with application development, infrastructure, cloud engineering, security, and business teams to ensure deployment readiness, environment stability, operational resilience, and compliance with organizational standards. Additionally, the role will oversee application release and deployment management across multiple environments, leveraging modern DevOps practices, automation tools, CI/CD pipelines, and AWS cloud services to ensure reliable and efficient delivery. The Technology Project Manager will identify, assess, and mitigate technical, operational, and project risks while providing leadership, governance reporting, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful outcomes across cloud, web application, and DR initiatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of IT experience
• 5+ years in Tech Project Management roles
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity programs.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams, vendors, and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and governance of enterprise web application and cloud initiatives, ensuring successful delivery of scalable, secure, and highly available solutions on AWS.
