About The Position

The Technology Project Lead 1 will lead project planning and delivery, including developing timelines, identifying resource discrepancies, and supporting timely project completion. The role serves as a liaison between technical teams and clients, supports adherence to SDLC processes, and monitors deliverables for quality and alignment with client requirements. It also contributes to project budgeting and helps manage scope changes and new client requests through effort estimation, approvals, and client sign-offs.

The role is part of Infosys’s Manufacturing unit, which delivers digital solutions to clients in the automotive, aerospace, defense, and industrial manufacturing sectors. It requires hands-on experience in AWS cloud architecture and operations, DevOps and cloud platform technologies, infrastructure as code, observability, security, and incident and release management. Preferred experience includes AI/GenAI concepts and Amazon Bedrock, as well as technical leadership and team management.

A bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent is required. Three years of progressive experience in the specialty may be considered in lieu of each year of education. The position may require relocation and/or travel to the work or project location. Requirements

• Strong hands-on expertise in AWS Cloud Architecture and Operations.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD tools, Docker, Kubernetes, and ECS/EKS.
• Working experience with Terraform or Infrastructure as Code.
• Detailed knowledge of CloudWatch, observability tools, DevSecOps, and cloud security.
• Experience in incident and release management.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of each year of education.
• Authorization to work in the United States for any employer without employer-based visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support the technical team in following SDLC processes and ensure deliverables align with client requirements and specifications.
• Monitor project deliverables across all phases to meet quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations.
• Contribute to project budgets aligned with scope, strategy, and key deliverables.
• Identify scope changes and new client requests; support effort estimation, obtain necessary approvals, and secure client sign-offs.
• Manage risks proactively to support uninterrupted delivery.
• Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders through effective communication.
• Anticipate challenges and deliver solutions.
• Balance project economics with strategic priorities.
