About The Position

The intern will establish a collaborative and sustainable approach to organize and manage portfolio documentation using Microsoft Collaboration tools, which serves as a central communication and collaboration repository for the Enterprise Technology Group (ETG) and key business stakeholders. The role will also assist with maintaining data quality in Planview to support portfolio-level reporting. Job duties include contact with other employees and access confidential and proprietary information and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. The Company therefore has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and is necessary to protect the safety of the Company’s staff, employees, and business relationships.

Requirements

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
  • Must be a rising college junior or senior at the start of the internship.
  • Must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
  • Must be available to work 40 hours per week for the duration of the internship.
  • Must be able to work in the assigned location (e.g., Cleveland, OH) for the duration of the internship.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Microsoft Collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint, Teams).
  • Familiarity with portfolio management concepts and tools (e.g., Planview).
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
