The Work: Provide expertise and support to identify and execute on rationalization/optimization opportunities specific to Enterprise Software and SAAS infrastructure, including asset management, audit defense, and software licensing and contracting. Perform risk assessments / analysis on licensing agreements and SAM toolsets. Develop consumption optimization strategies in the context of the client environment. Manage elements of the discovery and data collection process to support recommendations for strategy execution. Present cost savings recommendations to client stakeholders that lead to approval and successful execution.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Sourcing and Procurement Strategy, and Negotiations Strategy.
  • Minimum of 2 years focused on Software/SaaS optimization, supporting and/or leading engagements, effectively delivering and executing on key recommendations.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working on commercial agreements, contracts, and pricing structures for enterprise software such as Oracle, SAP, Microsoft, ServiceNow, Salesforce and other common enterprise SaaS providers.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working for a consulting firm.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in analytics.
  • A Bachelors Degree OR equivalent work experience

Nice To Haves

  • Power BI experience and advanced Excel skills
  • Ability to think strategically and analytically, and make sound decisions quickly and efficiently
