THIS INDIVIDUAL WILL PROVIDE GENERAL ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT FOR DEPARTMENT PERSONNEL; WILL BE THE BACKUP OF OUR DAYTIME COMPUTER OPERATOR AND BACKUP FOR THE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT. WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANSWERING CALLS COMING INTO THE TECHNOLOGY CENTER AND DISTRIBUTE THEM TO THE PROPER PERSONNEL. WILL WORK WITH CLIENT BANKS ON PROBLEMS CALLED IN REGARDING ATM, ACH OR CASHLETTER ISSUES. WILL ASSIST PERSONNEL WITH TELEPHONE ISSUES, SUCH AS VOICEMAIL, PASSWORD OR GENERAL TELECOM ISSUES. TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED FOR THIS POSITION.
