Technology Manager- AI Workspace Administrator
About The Position
This is an exciting opportunity to join the team dedicated to WPP’s critically important client, Ford Motor Company. The Manager of AI Workspace Administrator is execution-focused, detail-oriented Platform Administrator to act as the operational backbone of WPP Open (WPP’s AI platform) for the WPP | Ford team. As we scale our suite of custom AI Agents and workspaces across the network, this role keeps our environments secure, organized, and running seamlessly. You will own identity management, role-based access control, first-line support, and platform hygiene across multiple global operating companies. Requirements
- 2+ years in system administration, IT operations, or technical help desk (Entra ID, Okta, Salesforce, Jira, or SaaS admin).
- Solid grasp of RBAC, SSO, and security and compliance fundamentals.
- Comfort with ticketing systems, collaboration hubs, and basic API concepts.
- Patience, empathy, and clarity supporting non-technical creative and business users.
- A methodical, checklist-driven approach to documentation and audits.
Responsibilities
- Serve as regional lead for platform identity, maintain user lists, and run periodic audits and attestations.
- Define, assign, and govern WPP Open User Groups and role-based permissions.
- Be the first point of contact for user questions on AI Agents and tools; resolve or escalate as needed.
- Execute system configuration changes — adding, deleting, and modifying workspaces and integrations.
- Perform routine hygiene tasks and escalate larger remediation efforts to the data team.
