The Technology Leader operates in a cross-functional environment and balances strategic alignment and excellence in execution while driving innovation and continuous improvement across technology solutions.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree is required (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience delivering technology solutions in a sophisticated enterprise environment.
  • Proven people leadership and cross‑functional partnership experience.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business collaborators to align technology priorities with business strategy and customer needs.
  • Translate business vision and customer insights into clear direction for product and platform teams, enabling innovation and scalable solutions.
  • Connect multiple products into cohesive, end‑to‑end solutions across the Immunology portfolio.
  • Identify and implement emerging technology solutions aligned with evolving business and customer needs.
  • Manage delivery of specialized or local applications not aligned to existing enterprise product groups.
  • Promote the use of cross‑enterprise platforms and shared capabilities to improve value and efficiency.
  • Ensures delivery of initiatives against scope, timelines, quality, and compliance expectations.
  • Partner across teams to develop cases and support planning and funding activities.
  • Represent Johnson & Johnson in strategic technology discussions with internal and external partners, including business leaders, technology partners, and product teams.
  • Build positive relationships with technology providers, industry partners, and advisory groups to shape strategy and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Cultivate digital competence and a data‑driven culture across business partners and product teams.
