About The Position

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to this change by developing and implementing innovative solutions. The Technology Lead is responsible for executing advanced loss analysis, developing analytical tools, and supporting engineering improvements with autonomy to ensure equipment performance, operational stability, and standardization across sites. This role provides technical and engineering leadership, drives loss elimination initiatives, and develops technology standards that enable scalable deployment and capability building across factories.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • Experience in manufacturing or a technical/engineering environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
  • Proficiency in advanced analytical and problem-solving tools.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal).
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Demonstrated strengths in analytical thinking, initiative, collaboration, and creativity.

Responsibilities

  • Support advanced loss analysis and develop analytical tools, dashboards, and data models to enable performance tracking and root-cause analysis at the site level.
  • Execute loss elimination strategies (planned & unplanned), validate root causes, and drive solutions to meet OGSM targets.
  • Contribute to factory improvement initiatives and ensure alignment with global Operational Excellence standards.
  • Collaborate with OEMs on design improvements, URS development, and engineering changes to enhance asset performance, safety, and reliability.
  • Develop and implement low-complexity, cost-effective technical and analytical solutions.
  • Identify and support productivity and continuous improvement (NCI) initiatives.
  • Enable Knowledge Transfer Packages (KTP) and define KPIs to monitor process performance and sustain improvements.
  • Support the maintenance of manufacturing standards (e.g., PCH, reference packages).
  • Lead and build capability in key Integrated Manufacturing (IM) tools and methodologies.
