The Technology Lead Business Analyst is a senior-level position responsible for facilitating communication between business users and technologists. The primary objective of this role is to continuously explore and investigate business performance to gain insights and drive business planning.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant experience as Scrum master and BA/PM in Futures Clearing space
  • Create business and functional requirements
  • Help other developers, BA’s and QA leads to formulate a test plan
  • Work with operations in EMEA, APAC and NAM
  • Own the migration project plans and current status
  • Conduct release retrospect meetings to continuously improve the process
  • Bridge the gap between development and business leads
  • Liaise with Quality Assurance Testers to ensure functionality meets expectations
  • Contribute ideas on technology and process to ensure the team is productive and successful
  • Own the documentation Wiki page for the project
  • Work with Global team (NY, Belfast, Dublin, London, Singapore, Pune) and open to attend calls as needed
  • Demonstrated expertise in presenting and using planning tools
  • Proven diplomatic and analytical skills
  • Proven ability to manage complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact by weighing various action plans and balancing potentially conflicting needs
  • Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with development managers and team leads within FDC BU, Operations, Product Development and Vendors
  • Conducting scrum meetings for Fusion Brokerage, LDM and other teams and manage coordination with Vendor
  • Work closely Technology leads, Vendor, business & operations to create release plans, gather business & functional requirements
  • Have a prior knowledge of or willing to get knowledge of end to end flows of Futures Clearing and Brokerage space and identify the best approach to make the platform more robust, scalable and ensure it caters to global needs
  • Come up with iterative approach of rollout, validate use cases, work with vendor and chair weekly project team meetings with stakeholders
  • Building relationship with Production Development group in London & New York, work closely with Operations in Tampa and work with Development leads in Pune and Dublin
  • Develop creative technical solutions to meet business needs and manage complex, high volume applications in partnership with business partners and stakeholders
  • Manage multiple work stream and applications across geographies for Credit Initiation and Onboarding
  • Contribute to formulation of strategies/processes for Product Road map, Development and Governance and contribute to defining standards and new automation initiatives
  • Develop communication to guide, influence and convince others, including colleagues in other areas and external customers
  • Provide advice and counsel related to the technology or operations of the business and filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex material from multiple sources
  • Supervise day-to-day staff management issues, including resource management, work allocation, mentoring of onsite and offsite resources and other duties and functions as assigned
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency
