As a Technology Intern, you’ll work alongside the teams building BHSI’s next-generation technology platforms, including AI-powered solutions, policy and underwriting systems, finance applications, and API-driven services. These cloud-based platforms are transforming how we serve our brokers, customers, and business partners. During this 12-week paid internship, you will become an active member of an Agile Scrum team, partnering with experienced engineers to contribute to software development and quality engineering initiatives. You’ll gain hands-on experience with modern technologies, learn how software is designed, built, tested, and deployed, and see firsthand how technology supports the insurance lifecycle from quote to policy. You’ll also have the opportunity to explore how artificial intelligence can enhance software development and drive innovation across the business. BHSI is building a forever business, and we want you to consider being a part of it!
