About The Position

The Technology Intern will be responsible for executing work plans for the technology team, including cleaning, maintaining, and tracking the inventory of technology hardware for all six schools in the KIPP Colorado network. This is a part-time, temporary, non-exempt position based in the school. The technology intern will report directly to the Technology Manager. This role has duties in the Green Valley Ranch and Southwest Denver areas.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old at the time of hire
• Must be authorized to work in the United States of America
• Ability to reliably travel to all six schools in our network in southwest Denver and Green Valley Ranch
• Reliable, organized and task oriented
• Willingness and ability to follow set guidelines accurately and in a timely manner
• Comfort with working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Demonstrated ability to work well with others
• Passionate commitment to KIPP Colorado mission and to high standards of excellence

Nice To Haves

• KIPP Alumni pursuing career or CTE tracks (strongly preferred)
• Experience working in a school or non-profit preferred

Responsibilities

• Follow protocols to complete basic maintenance on returned and new student devices
• Follow protocols to complete basic maintenance on technology carts
• Accurately update technology inventory database as directed
