Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field or equivalent technical training or certifications; or equivalent experience
• Foundational knowledge of programming, systems, or infrastructure technologies
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Clear written and verbal communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Internship, co-op, or project experience in software development, IT, or engineering
• Exposure to programming languages, cloud platforms, or data tools
• Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, or modern development practices
• Interest in cybersecurity, data analytics, infrastructure, or enterprise systems

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with technical teams to design, develop, and implement technology solutions across systems and platforms
• Support and maintain applications, infrastructure, or data systems to ensure performance, reliability, and security
• Troubleshoot issues, resolve defects, and provide technical support to users and internal teams
• Contribute to system improvements using modern engineering practices such as Agile and DevOps
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient technology solutions
• Build knowledge across domains such as software, data, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or energy management systems
