Technology Deployment Manager

ZL Chemicals LTDHouston, TX
$120,000 - $140,000Hybrid

About The Position

FFCO Technology Deployment Manager We are currently executing the first U.S. field deployment of our FFCO polymer system, a next-generation friction reducer technology developed for the Permian Basin unconventional market. This is a ground-floor opportunity to be part of a high-visibility commercial launch with direct impact on the company's North American growth trajectory. The EOR Technology Deployment Manager will lead the field deployment and scale-up of new chemical technologies across U.S. operations. This is a hands-on, field-focused role, responsible for ensuring new solutions are successfully implemented in live well environments. You will work directly with operators, pressure pumping companies, and field teams to translate technical solutions into reliable, repeatable operations. This role is critical to driving adoption of new technologies and supporting the company’s growth strategy. This is not a traditional desk-based project management role, we are looking for someone who thrives in the field and can execute under real-world operational conditions.

  • Proven experience working on-site at well locations
  • Experience supporting new technology or product rollouts in the field
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in dynamic field environments
  • Genuine well-site field operations experience. Candidates whose background is limited to EPC, construction, infrastructure, or office-based project management without direct oilfield field execution exposure will not be considered.
