About The Position

This position is responsible for assisting delivery leads with end-to-end delivery of Technology programs and projects to ensure successful execution and alignment with business needs; ensuring program and project performance metrics are met to deliver key business value; providing technical insight to assist with troubleshooting of delivery issues.

Requirements

Bachelors Degree and 5 years of Technology experience, including experience in Project management, OR 9 years of Technology experience, including experience in Project management.
Ability to influence and execute.
Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize, and make trade-off decisions.
Proactively addresses problems and escalates appropriately.
Business acumen and application domain knowledge.
Analytical thinking and consultative problem solving / consulting.
Customer relationship management.
SDLC / Iterative / Agile / Scrum development.
Vendor / SLA management.
Knowledge of Application development platforms / languages.
Knowledge of Cloud computing / SaaS / PaaS.
Knowledge of DevOps / continuous deployment / integration process.
Experience with Project / portfolio management tools - MS Project / CBA / PPM / PMP.
Oral & written communications.
Teamwork and collaboration.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor or Masters degree in Computer Science, MIS or Information Technology.
