About The Position

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any analytical or technical field (e.g., Data Science, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Analytics, Math, Information Systems)
- Anticipated graduation Date of December 2026 or May 2027
- Internship or academic project experience in analytics, technology, or business problem solving

Responsibilities
- Rotate across core capability areas, such as: Applied AI & Analytics, Data Engineering & Platforms, Cybersecurity, Strategy & Transformation, Agile Roles, Software Engineering, Process & Continuous Improvement

- Analyze complex datasets and generate insights to inform strategy
- Build models, applications, dashboards, or automation solutions
- Lead project workstreams tied to enterprise priorities
- Develop leadership capabilities
- Influence stakeholders and present recommendations to senior leaders
- Participate in structured leadership development and coaching
- Collaborate across business and technology teams
- Engage in hands-on innovation
- Apply responsible AI practices and utilize and implement AI-assisted tools as well as other emerging technologies to solve business problems
