Requirements

Broad technical knowledge base across multiple operating systems and manufacture devices
6+ months experience diagnosing, troubleshooting, or repairing technology products
Experience actively using and learning about consumer electronics
Strong ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Able to resolve problems with a high level of hospitality
Able to work Monday-Friday and the occasional weekend and/or holiday
Excellent work ethic
Excellent communication skills while helping seniors with their technology

Nice To Haves

Social Media experience a plus including video and/or photography skills and strong writing skills

Responsibilities

Diagnosing, troubleshooting, or repairing technology products
Organizing and delivering interesting technology presentations for seniors (public speaking)
Actively using and learning about consumer electronics
Resolving problems with a high level of hospitality
Helping seniors with their technology
