Documents requirements, defines scope and objectives, and formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies. Performs complex system configuration and workflow designs in an integrated application environment. Employs expertise in a wide variety of concepts, practices, and procedures including accounting, budgeting, capital asset management, expense management, capital improvements, audit, procurement, material management, complex maintenance/repair/overhaul, HR and Payroll. Performs duties in a safe, efficient manner and in compliance with all applicable rules and safety procedures.
