About The Position

This full-time position is responsible for maintaining and billing contracts, managing vendor purchase orders, and assisting sales personnel, service technicians, and customers. Key duties include administrative tasks such as entering service requests, preparing and processing invoices, building and receiving purchase orders, and maintaining accurate inventory. The role also involves significant customer relations, including promptly answering phone calls, coordinating with internal teams to resolve service issues, and reporting customer concerns to Service Management. General administration and maintaining an orderly work area are also required.

Responsibilities

  • Properly enter information for incoming service requests
  • Prepare, review, and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner
