About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Technology Associate to join our Technology team. This is an entry-level role providing hands-on experience across IT support, systems administration, and internal technology operations within a fast-paced professional services environment. You will play a key role in supporting day-to-day technology needs across the business, ensuring users are effectively supported and issues are resolved properly and efficiently. This role requires strong ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to operate in a busy environment where responsiveness and reliability matter. You will work closely with the Systems Administrator and IT Director, gaining exposure to infrastructure, Microsoft 365, security, and project-based work. Over time, you will be expected to take on increasing responsibility.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years’ experience in IT support or a related field
  • Solid working knowledge of Windows 11 (macOS exposure is a plus)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 fundamentals
  • Exposure to Microsoft Intune or other MDM solutions
  • Exposure to Active Directory or similar identity systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good problem-solving ability with a structured approach
  • High attention to detail and ability to follow tasks through
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
  • Professional, reliable, and responsive
  • Knowledge of cloud infrastructure / IaaS concepts (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud)
  • Demonstrated willingness to learn beyond core responsibilities

Nice To Haves

  • CompTIA A+, Network+, or Azure Fundamentals certifications
  • Basic networking knowledge (Wi-Fi, switches, firewalls)
  • Experience supporting macOS environments
  • Basic scripting or automation (PowerShell, Python)
  • Exposure to CRM/ATS systems (Ezekia, Invenias, or similar)
  • Interest in automation tools
  • Degree or bootcamp in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective 1st and 2nd line technical support to end-users (both in-office and remote) across New York and London. Troubleshoot hardware, software, network connectivity, printers, mobile devices, and AV equipment, ensuring issues are fully resolved.
  • Support onboarding processes, including device setup, account provisioning, and access configuration. Deliver clear and structured technology introductions to new joiners
  • Assist in supporting and administering Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Azure AD, Intune), including user lifecycle management and permissions.
  • Assist in maintaining core IT infrastructure, including Windows Server environments, Active Directory, networking fundamentals, and cloud infrastructure (IaaS) environments such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
  • Support the implementation of security controls, including patch management, endpoint protection, and access controls, in line with company policies and data protection requirements.
  • Support and troubleshoot business applications, including Microsoft Office and internal CRM/ATS platforms.
  • Maintain accurate records of IT hardware, software licenses, and peripherals. Ensure devices are correctly configured and tracked.
  • Create and maintain clear, accurate documentation for systems, processes, and user guides. Documentation should be maintained proactively.
  • Assist with IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and new technology implementations. Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver them to completion.
