As the Technology Asset Coordinator, you will coordinate end-to-end procurement and inventory of IT hardware for new stores, existing stores, the Store Support Center, and Distribution Centers. You’ll maintain accurate asset records, manage stock levels using seasonal metrics to prevent stockouts, and process requests through the Service Desk. You’ll partner with Accounts Payable (AP) to deliver monthly reports on inventory spend by store, ensuring purchases reconcile cleanly to budgets and GL coding. Create and track purchase requisitions/POs; obtain quotes, resolve pricing variances, and monitor lead times, RMAs, and deliveries for store and SSC/DC needs. Receive, tag, and record hardware; maintain the asset database with in-service date, warranty, location, and capital details. Triage procurement and allocation requests via the ticketing system; update asset records based on work orders/spreadsheets, and coordinate fulfillment and shipping. Monitor on-hand counts, set minimums/reorder points using seasonal demand (e.g., peak retail periods), and deploy/charge assets to locations to maintain healthy stock levels. Produce monthly inventory spend and variance reports (by store/region and category); reconcile POs/invoices with AP and provide documentation for audits. Serve as the primary contact for asset/inventory inquiries; provide friendly, timely support during allocation, replacement, and repair cycles. Support related operational tasks as needed; follow Rural King standards for professionalism and data security. Work alongside a team of talented professionals who are passionate about their work and strive for excellence daily. May be required to cross train and perform other duties
