About The Position

Apple’s Hardware Test Engineering (HWTE) team develops methodologies and measurement solutions for calibration and validation of key technologies across Apple products. The Technology Program Office champions technology calibration and test strategy while balancing quality and customer experience with operational requirements. The role focuses on imaging and sensing technologies across product lines, with particular emphasis on touch-sensing hardware. The position provides technical program leadership from early technology development through mass production. This includes supporting prototyping, design validation, simulation, and metrology development, and identifying production-ready solutions. The role drives alignment and convergence across global cross-functional teams, identifies and mitigates risks, and regularly presents to senior leadership. The program manager works with HWTE stakeholders in Europe, the United States, and Asia to understand roadmaps and align technology investments with scalable, forward-looking metrology solutions. The role also owns project delivery, technical reviews, program updates, and quarterly roadmap and prioritization reviews with HWTE leadership.
