About The Position

This role is part of a 27-month Analyst Development Program designed to provide comprehensive training and experience in Data Science and Analytics. The program involves rotations through three different technology teams, each lasting nine months, with the goal of completing in October 2029. The program is located in Chicago, IL.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related major at an accredited college/university with an expected graduation date of June 2027.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly motivated and tenacious.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills through coursework, projects, and/or previous internship experience.
  • Experience learning programming languages and technology tools (examples include Java, Python, SQL, Azure DevOps, and Github).
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Rotate through 3 different Technology teams aligned to Data Science or Analytics (9 months each team).
  • Contribute to meaningful projects, developing relevant skills to solidify the foundation for your career.
  • Be fully integrated into engineering and technology teams, contributing to real financial solutions.
  • Gain an inside look into the innovative technologies, practices, and business solutions that power a frontrunner in financial services.
  • Gain hands-on experience transforming data into actionable insights while working alongside experienced data professionals.
  • Develop skills in data engineering, analytics, statistical modeling, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.
  • Contribute to real-world projects involving data pipelines, business intelligence dashboards, AI-driven solutions, and data-driven research using modern technologies.
  • Build a strong foundation in data architecture, governance, data quality, and scalable decision-making practices.
  • Involve some automation via coding, simple OS shell scripting, low code technology platforms, etc.
  • Involve the use or development of some generative AI capabilities.
