Responsibilities

  • Assist in tasks related to enhancing client IT capabilities, including people, processes, and technology, under the supervision of senior consultants and managers.
  • Help gather and document client requirements and provide initial input on potential IT solutions.
  • Execute specific tasks within IT projects, ensuring they are completed accurately and on time.
  • Assist in maintaining clear communication with project teams and stakeholders, helping to ensure alignment and address any minor issues.
  • Support change management activities by helping implement best practices and ensuring smooth transitions within client organizations.
  • Contribute to IT assessments as part of private equity evaluations, focusing on data collection and preliminary analysis in areas such as IT spend, organizational structure, business applications, security, infrastructure, and future capacity.
  • Assist in gathering data and preparing materials for the development of multi-year IT strategy roadmaps.
  • Help in the IT system selection process by conducting research on potential providers, assisting in the assessment of vendors, and supporting consensus-building activities.
  • Provide support in the execution of critical projects by performing specific tasks within a structured project management framework.
  • Assist in the integration of IT aspects during mergers and acquisitions, including data collection and preliminary analysis of infrastructure, applications, people, and processes, under the direction of senior team members.
