Preferred Qualifications - Master’s degree and at least 5 years of direct experience with higher education student success. - Experience coordinating student success management and intervention systems. - Direct experience facilitating student-based initiatives. Work Schedule - 8:30am- 5:00pm, Monday – Friday - Must be willing to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the department.
