About The Position

Our client, a financial institution, has a contract opening for a Senior Level Techno-Functional Analyst to support efforts related to Taleo Enterprise Edition (TEE) decommissioning. The role involves utilizing Taleo Connect Client (TCC) and Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) in a Windows environment. Functional knowledge of TEE is a plus. The Specialist will support Taleo decommissioning efforts by extracting data from Taleo, developing reports, performing end-to-end testing to validate the completeness of extracted data, and supporting data models and mapping for views used by data visualization tools. This role is REMOTE, but local candidates are preferred for occasional onsite presence as needed. Per our client contract, candidates must be US Citizens.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of experience in a professional capacity.
  • Strong technical knowledge and experience with Taleo Connect Client (TCC) and Oracle Analytics Server (OAS).
  • Demonstrated ability to extract data from Taleo via TCC for system decommissioning.
  • Experience developing reports and responding to ad-hoc data requests.
  • Experience with data extraction planning, testing, data validation, and data migration methodologies.
  • Ability to develop data models and mapping to support reporting, views, and data visualization tools.
  • Ability to produce high-quality documentation and peer-reviewed deliverables.
  • Strong work ethic with excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Functional knowledge of TEE is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Extract data from Taleo via the Taleo Connect Client (TCC) tool in support of system decommissioning.
  • Design, create, and test data extraction plans for Taleo decommissioning.
  • Develop reports and respond to ad-hoc data requests.
  • Perform end-to-end testing for data extraction to help confirm data completeness.
  • Develop data models and mapping to support the creation of views for data visualization tools.
  • Create detailed documentation of integration processes, data flows, system configuration, requirements specifications, design, and test results.
  • Prepare and deliver documents for peer review.
  • Monitor related issues throughout project phases and work with the team on issue resolution.
  • Provide training sessions for relevant staff on the integrated systems.
  • Prepare data migration reporting confirming successful transfer of data.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
