About The Position

Requirements
- Curiosity and a strong desire to learn and engage in a specialized technical environment with demanding quality standards.
- Team spirit, reactivity, and seriousness to handle unforeseen situations and take actions for the common interest of production.
- Bac+2/3 in Physical Measurements, Chemistry, Materials, or an equivalent license to understand the transformations of our process.
Responsibilities
- Daily operational monitoring to ensure production activity and quality.
- Participation in the improvement of manufacturing processes.
- Installation or optimization of new production equipment to increase productivity or improve quality.
- Acting as a reference and trainer for production teams.
