About The Position
The accounting technician will be responsible for performing several tasks for the accounting department. He will ensure the execution of daily tasks and good coordination in the various stages of invoicing.
Requirements
- DEC in accounting
- Good attention to detail
- Professionalism and rigor
- Knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PDF Exchange, Internet.
- The ideal candidate is thorough and very attentive to detail. He wants to learn and improve constantly. Ambitious and eager to develop in a dynamic atmosphere, he likes to take up challenges.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of Dynacom software (an asset)
Responsibilities
- Account for supplier invoices
- Account for customer checks
- Ensure the classification and traceability of customer and supplier invoices.
- Work in collaboration with the purchasing department
- Look for replacement or more competitive suppliers
