Requirements

AEC or DEC in a relevant audiovisual field
Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in an audiovisual equipment workshop or on events
Able to lift heavy loads;
Show flexibility in his working schedule;
Experience in a warehouse, a workshop or a plant;
Highly developed organizational skills and meticulousness;
Positive attitude;
Autonomous;
Team-work oriented and cooperation spirit;
Show flexibility towards flextime schedules;
Ability to work under pressure and easily adapt to changing.

Nice To Haves

Valid forklift driver’s license (an asset);
Master basic English, both oral and written (an asset);

Responsibilities

With the collaboration of the workshop technicians and using the order form, prepare generally basic orders, scan them, and insert them in the transportation boxes;
With the help of the technician, ensure that all necessary accessories for the operation of the equipment are provided (cabling, PSU, gelatin, bracket remote control, etc.);
Perform verification tests to ensure that all equipment is in good working condition;
Clean and perform a visual inspection on all equipment;
Upgrade items (ex: painting, cleaning, etc.);
Follow the quality and preparation standards of the company and/or industry;
All other duties related to the position.
