About The Position

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Technician to perform preventive maintenance, advanced diagnostics, and complex repairs on equipment to minimize downtime. The role involves working on a variety of makes, models, and equipment, offering opportunities for skill development and career advancement in service or operations management within a safety-focused environment. The fleet includes Aerial Work Platforms, general construction tools and equipment, and at specialty locations, large-scale power generators, pumps, HVAC systems, and oil/gas related equipment.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
5 + years of Technician experience with similar diesel equipment and/or heavy equipment or specialty lines equipment (large-scale generators, pumps, HVAC or Oil & Gas equipment) strongly preferred.
May need to provide tools of the trade.
Advanced knowledge of hydraulic systems & troubleshooting skills.
Advanced knowledge of electrical systems & troubleshooting skills.
Ability to be flexible with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required by the job.
